One midsummer's day we headed into the woods to capture some images of a few of the latest designs.....
I've been fortunate (and forward thinking!) enough to have the most fabulous photographer as a best friend, so I always look forward to these opportunities to work together.
I love collaborative shoots where a group of like-minded creatives come together to exercise their talents and have fun creating some beauty, and we had a crack team on this occasion as usual!

This first set of images is of the 'Fragonard' design. It is named for the French artist who painted 'The Swing', and as you'll see later in the post, we included a nod to that gorgeously frivolous painting in the shoot. It is a gossamer soft semi-translucent-effect design in nude tulle with coral and pale pink embroidered trailing vines and flowers. Further layers of silk tulle and silk georgette create lots of fluid movement.
The Fragonard gown works really well with this rose pink silk georgette kimono boudoir robe or 'deshabille'. It is named 'Nephele', who in Greek legend was a nymph created by Zeus from a cloud, and wearing it is indeed like being enveloped in a soft rosy mist.....
The next set of images from our 'Into the Woods....' shoot will be coming soon.....
